By purchasing or using Freedom Server, you agree to these terms.
When you buy Freedom Server, you get a personal, non-exclusive license to install and use the software on the number of devices included in your plan. Your license key is bound to your machine. Please don't share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute your key or the software.
If Freedom Server isn't for you, email us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the software, no hassle. We do not currently sell physical products, so everything we sell today is covered by that same 30-day guarantee.
We are not selling hardware right now. Freedom Stick, The Vault and The Ark are shown on our site so you can register interest, and nothing on those pages takes payment. If and when we do sell them, the terms that apply to shipping, delivery dates and returns will be published here first — we will not take money for hardware before we can ship it.
Use Freedom Server lawfully. Don't use it to harm others or for any unlawful purpose. We may disable a license that is shared, resold, or obtained fraudulently (e.g. via a charged-back or refunded payment).
The software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Freedom Server and its makers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision or action taken based on the software or its content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
